題名 國際貿易對勞動工時的影響
The effect of international trade on working time

摘要 本研究針對1983-2002期間,美國Current Population Survey (CPS)的Outgoing Rotation Groups (ORGs)中主要職業為非自雇的受雇者的25-64歲的男性勞工做為研究對象,使用最小平方法(OLS)模型和線性機率(Linear probability)模型,以STATA 統計軟體分析國際貿易與勞動工時的關係。本文以職業國際貿易量取代產業國際貿易量,除了針對整體勞工做實證研究分析之外,也將勞工依教育程度以及所在職業之例行程度分類,比較結果的異同。實證結果發現,國際貿易對勞動工時有顯著的影響,且擴大工時兩極化的現象。
