dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究探討國內外學者專家及教育主管機關對教師在職進修研習課程之研究,分別從教師在職進修之現況與問題、教師在職進修之需求等層面進行分析與探究,進而規劃我國高級中等以下學校暨幼稚園教師在職進修研習課程,主要包括以下七大範疇:1.課程設計與教學;2.班級經營與輔導;3.研究進修與發展;4.敬業態度與精神;5.學校管理與領導;6.新興議題與特色;7.實用智能與生活,作為未來相關研習機構或學校開設教師進修研習課程之參考。其次,本文統整歸納國內外相關研究,針對幼稚園、國小、國中、高中職各階段的教師團體進行焦點座談,分析與統整教師們座談的內容,形成教師在職進修研習課程之內涵,座談過程採取攝影錄音方式,並於座談後轉譯編碼,整理與分析逐字稿內容,彙整成書面資料及影音檔案,整合e化資源。最後,本文提出的結論如下:1.規劃危機管理與問題解決的課程;2.強化親師溝通與人際溝通的課程;3.兼顧行政領導與教學領導的課程;4.建立資源共享與社群網絡的觀念。本文的建議則包括:1.推動課程內容的科際整合;2.課程內涵的排列應符合邏輯次序;3.建置各專業領域的授課講師人才資料庫;4.強化研習課程後端的評鑑與回饋機制。 | en |
dc.description.abstract (摘要) | In this study, we tried to inquiry the current situation and problems of teacher in-service, the need of teacher in-service, and plan teacher in-service curriculum which was based on the seven dimensions: 1.curriculum design and teaching; 2.classroom management and counseling; 3.research studies and development; 4.professional attitude and spirit; 5.school management and leadership; 6.emerging issues and characteristics; 7.practical intelligence and life.Secondly, we integrated the literatures about the topic, invited 14 excellent teachers in Taiwan, and tried to collect material by focus group. After the focus groups, we organized the content, analyzed the contents of the transcripts, and compiled into a written information and files in order to establish the e-platform of mentor principals’ experience inheritance information.Finally, according to the results of the study, we proposed the conclusions: 1.plan crisis management and problem-solving curriculum; 2.strengthen the parent-teacher communication and interpersonal communication courses; 3.give consideration to administration leadership and teaching leadership courses; 4.establish the concept of resource sharing and community network. The suggestions of the study are: 1.promote the interdisciplinary integration of course content; 2.the content of the courses should be arranged in logical sequence; 3.build the database of lecturers personnel; 4.strengthen the mechanism of evaluation and feedback. | - |
