| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本計畫將建置「千里步道在地行動」資料庫，協助千里步道運動路網各在地社區組織成立「數位典藏種籽工作隊」，培訓「社區公民記者」,使民眾成為掌握資訊數位紀錄工具的公民行動主體，落實媒體近用權。典藏資料將具有整合影像、影音、文字與地理資訊，且再現在地文化的多重功能。紀錄內容包含四大主題： 1.千里步道運動 2.千里步道環台路網劃設 3.步道路網沿線社區在地公民行動紀實 4.在地模型的紀錄-以新店溪溼地生態教育園區 | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | In this plan we`ll construct A "Local Activities in the Thousand-Mile Trail Movement" database integrating with video ,image ,text ,GIS information and hold a training and promotion program for community organizers to form a team of people`s documenting and digitalizing of citizen activities. Through it people of community can develop a regular organization to document their own citizens` action and transfer them into the database to share with the public, being the subject of action documenting. The theme of documenting includes: 1. Thousand-Mile Trail Movement 2. The GIS information of Thousand-Mile Trail 3. The making of local activities in the Thousand-Mile Trail Movement 4.
