| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 依政府之計畫，勞保年金製度將於2007年完成立法並付諸實施。若此一計畫得以實現，將是繼全民健保之後最為龐大的社會工程。其對於國計民生，尤其勞工福祉之促進，將有關鍵性的影響。基於實務之需求或學術之深化，皆有必要針對迄今仍未深入討論的核心問題進行深度研究，其包括：1、老年、殘廢與遺屬的定義與要件；2、退休者、失能者與遺屬的勞動促進，尤其是失能者復健與職業重建；婦女、家庭與年金製度（包括養育年資及離婚者的年金分化等問題）。 | en_US |
