| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究案計畫透過資料研究分析、實施問卷、訪談法等方法瞭解及分析行政院衛生署健康保險局同仁應具備及須繼續提升之法學知能，透過類型化分析模式，以客製化（customization）及學群等課程設計概念，建構基礎課程、進階課程、高階管理同仁菁英班等不同課程模式設計相關課程，並協助健保局發展學習之自主管理系統，及設置資訊平台，使同仁得透過永續學習地圖之規劃系統，迅速蒐取所需進修課程之師資、資源、網路聯結，以增進同仁行政作為之合法性及妥適性。 | en_US |
