| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 在社會主義之統治基礎上，中國無疑已走向世界資本主義發展的前鋒。以法制發展為觀察主軸，中國政治經濟社會之變遷，究竟對之產生如何的影響，而法制之建立與運作，又回過頭對政治經濟社會發生何等之結構性作用，這些都將有助於理解當代以及未來之中國。計畫包括4項子計畫：違憲審查、紛爭解決、民事侵權、勞動法制，從不同面向共同進行研究，以深化發展相關問題之學術研究能量。 | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Under the ruling foundation of socialism, China belongs already to the teams of the most developed countries in global capitalism. From aspects of growing legal regulations, how the political, social and not the least economic changes happen to have such influences on those, and on the other side how these retrospectively set their influence in motion, especially upon the political, social and economic developments, is perhaps the key to understand China for his present and the future. This integrative research plan includes 4 sub plans such as judicial review, disputes resolution, civil torts and labor regulations. It should start from the different approaches and dimensions for the researching works, in order to increase the research capacity on such topics. | en_US |
