| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 中國農村金融的發展與深化－湖北省建始縣河水坪地區之個案分析如何幫助中國的農民增加收入，促進農村經濟發展，是近年來被人矚目的研究議題。在中國農村經濟發展的過程中，農村的金融政策、體制改革、發展與深化，扮演了很重要的角色。這一系列的變化，對農民的金融需求與行為有何影響？是本研究關注的焦點。本計畫借用經濟學家沈恩的「發展即自由」的觀點，擬從以下幾個角度進行研究： (1) 從農民的角度，觀察金融在農村經濟發展中所扮演的角色。本研究將透過湖北省建始縣河水坪地區蹲點的調查研究，近身觀察農民的金融需求是被抑制？或是被滿足？被引導？農民是否逐漸獲得經濟便利的能力？ (2) 藉由觀察「綜合農協」信用部的成立與運作，探究它會是一個有競爭力、能有效帶動農村金融的發展與深化的民間金融組織嗎？它如何在地方政府、農民與其他金融機構的關係網絡中，爭取資源與整合資源？ (3) 透過將「綜合農協」與其他社會組織之比較研究，探尋什麼樣的策略、何種方式、何種組織才是符合農民的金融需要、才能帶動農村金融的發展與深化。 (4) 透過觀察農村金融需求與供給的關係、蹲點調查研究與文獻研究的綜合研究，探討中國農村金融發展與深化的變化過程，以檢驗中國農業政策、農村金融政策之績效 | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | He-Sui-ping in Zhen-Shi County of Hubei Province How to increase the GDP of the agricultural workforce and the economic development of rural areas is a topic of increasing importance. In the process of economic development in Chinese rural areas, the financial polices and institutional reforms both play a very important role. How do these changes affect the peasants’ financial needs and behavior is the focus of this research. This proposal utilizes the “development as freedom” theory of Amartya Sen and will ask some questions from the following perspectives: (1) From the peasants’ perspective, this research will observe the role of finance in rural economic development. By using field study results obtained from Hubei province to explore some issues, such as: will the financial needs of peasants be suppressed or deepened? Will peasants gradually achieve economic development? (2) By observing the functions of the “Multiple Agricultural Association”, this study will explore its competitiveness and capability to manifest financial development and deepening in Chinese rural areas. How will it integrate and compete for resources among the local government and other financial institutions? (3) By comparing the “Multiple Agricultural Association” with other social organizations, this study will determine which one will be efficient for bringing financial development and deepening in China’s rural areas. (4) By observing the financial needs and supply in Chinese rural areas, comparing literature reviews and the field study results, this study would evaluate the effectiveness of Chinese agricultural policy and financial policies. | en_US |
