| Summary | 本文主要探討檔案名稱權威檔的建置，首先了解國際間使用的名稱權威檔建檔的規範，將以國際檔案學會（ICA）所發布的ISAAR（CPF）標準為主。其次，對於美國地區檔案界普遍使用的三種名稱權威檔進行了解。國內權威控制在圖書館界已實施多年，較有具體的成果。對於國內目前現有圖書館界與檔案界使用的五種名稱權威檔的建置現況進行了解與著錄欄位分析，並提出國內檔案典藏單位權威檔建置所面臨的問題。 This article discusses the establishment of the archival name authority files. The international standard of the archival name authority has been published by ICA, i.e. ISAAR (CPF). There are three kinds of the name authority files mainly used in the archival repositories of the United States. In Taiwan, five kinds of the name authority files used in libraries and archival repositories are analyzed. Finally, the problems of the establishment the archival name authority files are discussed. |
