摘要 非洲區域在中共外交政策當中的重要性日益增加，中共著重「南南合作」及促進「和諧世界」的外交考量也在與非洲國家交往的過程中逐漸體現。作為中共在非洲大陸第一大石油供應國以及第一大貿易夥伴的安哥拉便是本文探討與中共外交關係的重要對象。自冷戰時期以來中共與安哥拉便有特殊的歷史淵源，由於當時中共與蘇聯交惡，影響到中共對非洲區域的外交決策，導致其在安哥拉獨立運動的三方派別之間舉棋不定，最終和親蘇聯的執政黨「安哥拉人民解放運動」(MPLA)雙方關係惡劣，雙邊直到1983年1月12日建交之後有才緩慢的合作。2002年安哥拉結束內戰，中安雙方的合作便急速的成長，中共對安哥拉戰後經濟的復甦扮演重要的角色，雙邊無論在經濟、政治、文教、技術轉移等層面皆有長足的發展，甚至發展出「安哥拉模式」作為中共與其他非洲國家合作的楷模。為了瞭解中共對安哥拉外交政策的模式，本文利用系統論將中共和安哥拉視為體系內的主體，透過雙邊的互動，檢視中共對安哥拉的影響及反饋，並觀察中共對安哥拉外交政策對非洲區域及國際環境的影響。

dc.description.abstract (摘要) 非洲區域在中共外交政策當中的重要性日益增加，中共著重「南南合作」及促進「和諧世界」的外交考量也在與非洲國家交往的過程中逐漸體現。作為中共在非洲大陸第一大石油供應國以及第一大貿易夥伴的安哥拉便是本文探討與中共外交關係的重要對象。自冷戰時期以來中共與安哥拉便有特殊的歷史淵源，由於當時中共與蘇聯交惡，影響到中共對非洲區域的外交決策，導致其在安哥拉獨立運動的三方派別之間舉棋不定，最終和親蘇聯的執政黨「安哥拉人民解放運動」(MPLA)雙方關係惡劣，雙邊直到1983年1月12日建交之後有才緩慢的合作。2002年安哥拉結束內戰，中安雙方的合作便急速的成長，中共對安哥拉戰後經濟的復甦扮演重要的角色，雙邊無論在經濟、政治、文教、技術轉移等層面皆有長足的發展，甚至發展出「安哥拉模式」作為中共與其他非洲國家合作的楷模。為了瞭解中共對安哥拉外交政策的模式，本文利用系統論將中共和安哥拉視為體系內的主體，透過雙邊的互動，檢視中共對安哥拉的影響及反饋，並觀察中共對安哥拉外交政策對非洲區域及國際環境的影響。zh_TW
