摘要 本研究主要目的在探析國民小學分布式領導、教師組織承諾與學校創新經營效能間之現況、差異與其關係。研究採用調查研究法,以臺灣北區五縣市(臺北市、新北市、基隆市、宜蘭縣與桃園縣)80所公立國民小學教師為研究對象,共計發出1000份問卷,最後回收873份有效問卷,有效問卷回收率為87.3%。問卷調查結果採用描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及結構方程式等方法加以分析。
      本研究主要研究發現為:一、目前國民小學分布式領導情況良好,以「領導能量的投入」最佳;二、公立國小教師之教師組織承諾情形良好,以「努力意願」最強;三、目前國小學校創新經營效能表現良好,以「課程教學創新經營效能」最佳;四、教師服務年資、擔任職務、學校規模與學校歷史等背景變項,在國民小學分布式領導、教師組織承諾與學校創新經營效能上具顯著差異情形;五、國民小學分布式領導、教師組織承諾與學校創新經營效能之整體結構模型獲得支持;六、國民小學分布式領導可透過教師組織承諾,增強對學校創新經營效能之正向影響力;七、教師組織承諾在國民小學分布式領導對於學校創新經營效能的影響上,具有部分中介影響效果。
      最後,依據研究結果提出主要結論與相關建議,以供教育行政機關、國民小學與後續相關研究之參酌。
The purpose of this study is to explore the situation, difference and its relationship between distributed leadership, teacher’s organizational commitment, and school innovation management effectiveness. Data were collected from 873 teachers of 80 Elementary Schools in Taipei City, New Taipei City, Keelung City, Taoyuan County, and Ilan County. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and structural equation modeling (SEM). Finally, the findings of this study are as follows:
     1.The perceptions from the elementary school teachers regarding distributed leadership are positive. The item “investment in leadership capacity” was the highest.
     2.The perceptions from the elementary school teachers regarding teacher’s organizational commitment are positive. The item “the willing to make effort” was the highest.
     3.The perceptions from the elementary school teachers regarding school innovation management effectiveness are positive. The item “curriculum and instructional innovation management effectiveness” was the highest.
     4.The effects of different teacher’ seniority, duty, school sizes, and school history on distributed leadership, teacher’s organizational commitment, and school innovation management effectiveness were significantly differently.
     5.The relationships of SEM among distributed leadership, teacher’s organizational commitment, and school innovation management effectiveness were demonstrated to be positive structural relationships.
     6.The results from the Structural Equation Model indicated that there was a positive indirect effect between distributed leadership and school innovation management effectiveness when teachers’ organizational commitment served as a mediating variable.
     7.The effect of teacher ’organizational commitment was partly mediated between distributed leadership and school innovation management effectiveness.
      At least, according to the results, this study provides the conclusion and the suggestions particularly for the institution of educational administration, elementary schools and future research.

dc.description.abstract (摘要) 本研究主要目的在探析國民小學分布式領導、教師組織承諾與學校創新經營效能間之現況、差異與其關係。研究採用調查研究法,以臺灣北區五縣市(臺北市、新北市、基隆市、宜蘭縣與桃園縣)80所公立國民小學教師為研究對象,共計發出1000份問卷,最後回收873份有效問卷,有效問卷回收率為87.3%。問卷調查結果採用描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及結構方程式等方法加以分析。
      本研究主要研究發現為:一、目前國民小學分布式領導情況良好,以「領導能量的投入」最佳;二、公立國小教師之教師組織承諾情形良好,以「努力意願」最強;三、目前國小學校創新經營效能表現良好,以「課程教學創新經營效能」最佳;四、教師服務年資、擔任職務、學校規模與學校歷史等背景變項,在國民小學分布式領導、教師組織承諾與學校創新經營效能上具顯著差異情形;五、國民小學分布式領導、教師組織承諾與學校創新經營效能之整體結構模型獲得支持;六、國民小學分布式領導可透過教師組織承諾,增強對學校創新經營效能之正向影響力;七、教師組織承諾在國民小學分布式領導對於學校創新經營效能的影響上,具有部分中介影響效果。
      最後,依據研究結果提出主要結論與相關建議,以供教育行政機關、國民小學與後續相關研究之參酌。

dc.description.abstract (摘要) The purpose of this study is to explore the situation, difference and its relationship between distributed leadership, teacher’s organizational commitment, and school innovation management effectiveness. Data were collected from 873 teachers of 80 Elementary Schools in Taipei City, New Taipei City, Keelung City, Taoyuan County, and Ilan County. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and structural equation modeling (SEM). Finally, the findings of this study are as follows:
     1.The perceptions from the elementary school teachers regarding distributed leadership are positive. The item “investment in leadership capacity” was the highest.
     2.The perceptions from the elementary school teachers regarding teacher’s organizational commitment are positive. The item “the willing to make effort” was the highest.
     3.The perceptions from the elementary school teachers regarding school innovation management effectiveness are positive. The item “curriculum and instructional innovation management effectiveness” was the highest.
     4.The effects of different teacher’ seniority, duty, school sizes, and school history on distributed leadership, teacher’s organizational commitment, and school innovation management effectiveness were significantly differently.
     5.The relationships of SEM among distributed leadership, teacher’s organizational commitment, and school innovation management effectiveness were demonstrated to be positive structural relationships.
     6.The results from the Structural Equation Model indicated that there was a positive indirect effect between distributed leadership and school innovation management effectiveness when teachers’ organizational commitment served as a mediating variable.
     7.The effect of teacher ’organizational commitment was partly mediated between distributed leadership and school innovation management effectiveness.
      At least, according to the results, this study provides the conclusion and the suggestions particularly for the institution of educational administration, elementary schools and future research.
