題名 影響台商赴大陸投資母公司與海外子公司之間技術網絡關係的決定因素:單向或雙向
The Determinants of Technology Network Relationship between Parent Company of Taiwan Manufacturing Industries and Their Overseas Subsidiaries in Chin

摘要 跨國企業赴大陸投資,其母公司與海外子公司之間技術網絡關係按照技術來源型態計有單向(技術僅由台灣母公司提供或僅由海外事業自行研發提供)和雙向(技術分別由台灣母公司、海外事業自行研發後交互分享資源或母子公司共同研究發展)兩種模式。本研究利用經濟部統計處於2007年所實施之「製造業對外投資實況調查」問卷資料,分析2006年我國製造業廠商在開始進行對外投資其組織型態、企業規模、技術能力、對外投資最主要產業、行銷方式、海外事業營業額比率、海外事業研發比率、研發密集度等構面進行探討,影響母公司與海外子公司之間技術網絡關係決定之因素。研究結果發現,「組織型態」、「企業規模」、「行銷方式」及「海外事業研發比率」是影響台商赴大陸投資母公司與海外子公司之間技術網絡關係採「雙向技術網絡關係」的決定因素;而「對外投資最主要產業」是影響台商赴大陸投資母公司與海外子公司之間技術網絡關係採「單向技術網絡關係」的決定因素。
