摘要 知識保護是企業維持競賽重要的課題，然過去研究文獻對知識保護少有系統性的研究，有鑑於此，本研究提出知識保護策略性的執行方法，並且建立一有效並可行的架構以供企業參考。本研究透過文獻的整理，並且進行了三家個案公司的深度訪談，相互參照下，整理出知識保護的兩大執行方向，分別為內部控制以及對外管理。其中企業在對內部進行控制時，可從知識管理系統以及智慧財產權的布局著手，同時短期的做法可利用契約約束員工，長期上透過企業文化建立員工的忠誠度，以執行知識保護策略。至於對外管理面向，企業可從簽訂保密協定開始，並對合作夥伴的挑選以及核心關鍵技術的保留有所掌控。
