摘要 本文採取訪談法(interview)及觀察法(observation)翔實紀錄十位(對)台籍勞工(及其配偶)於中國華東地區從事勞務的心得感想，並將他們在做此職涯決定之前與之後的思維轉折，不論是因為企業派外或個人理由等因素長駐當地的職涯決定，透過國際遷移(International Migration)等研究的理解，反思這樣的職涯抉擇對其自身、乃至家庭、台灣社會與當地社會所造成的可能影響。
The thesis adopts interview approach and observation approach to record the reflections of ten Taiwan expatriate labors and their couples who are working in Eastern China. The thesis analysis the factors which determine their career choice. The factors may be due to the enterprise decision or individual reasons which make them to work and stay in China. Through the International Migration theory, it trys to examin such career decision how to affect themselves, their family and the Taiwan society.
