摘要 本研究希望藉由找出創業成功關鍵因素，藉以提高創業成功之可能性，如此才能穩定維持並增加就業機會。透過了解我國創業活動現況、在全球創業調查評比下之創業環境，以及我國創業政策等三大目標，掌握我國創業環境的優勢與劣勢項目，進一步聚焦在個人創業成功之關鍵因素。希望藉由排除外在環境影響創業活動之種種不利因素，進而提高創業成功之可能性。在研究我國創業政策時，透過歐盟推動創業活動時，建議各會員國採取四個方向之政策，做為創業政策之分類，分別是：一、發展創業技能。二、提供資訊、諮詢、教練與指導。三、提供資金支援。四、發展創業基礎設施。在這個架構之下，分別介紹台灣創業輔導政策之現況與評析。
　
本研究採取深入訪談法，訪談對象選取五位國內創業楷模獎得主，以及專家代表－中華民國青創總會創業發展部主任。希望藉此瞭解個人創業成功關鍵因素，以及創業環境對於創業之影響程度。
　　
研究結果發現，創業家成功之關鍵在於創業家本身。創業政策有其重要性，創業家們亦鼓勵創業青年善加利用，但眾多創業資源或輔導僅為輔助之用，更重要的是創業家本身的人格特質和創業能力，才是造就事業成功之關鍵。其中又以人格特質更為重要，因為人格特質將影響接下來的行動，是推動不斷向前和不怕失敗的動力，並且對於自身不足之處積極尋求解決方案和資源，所以人格特質才是創業成功之關鍵因素。

dc.description.abstract (摘要) 本研究希望藉由找出創業成功關鍵因素，藉以提高創業成功之可能性，如此才能穩定維持並增加就業機會。透過了解我國創業活動現況、在全球創業調查評比下之創業環境，以及我國創業政策等三大目標，掌握我國創業環境的優勢與劣勢項目，進一步聚焦在個人創業成功之關鍵因素。希望藉由排除外在環境影響創業活動之種種不利因素，進而提高創業成功之可能性。在研究我國創業政策時，透過歐盟推動創業活動時，建議各會員國採取四個方向之政策，做為創業政策之分類，分別是：一、發展創業技能。二、提供資訊、諮詢、教練與指導。三、提供資金支援。四、發展創業基礎設施。在這個架構之下，分別介紹台灣創業輔導政策之現況與評析。
　
本研究採取深入訪談法，訪談對象選取五位國內創業楷模獎得主，以及專家代表－中華民國青創總會創業發展部主任。希望藉此瞭解個人創業成功關鍵因素，以及創業環境對於創業之影響程度。
　　
研究結果發現，創業家成功之關鍵在於創業家本身。創業政策有其重要性，創業家們亦鼓勵創業青年善加利用，但眾多創業資源或輔導僅為輔助之用，更重要的是創業家本身的人格特質和創業能力，才是造就事業成功之關鍵。其中又以人格特質更為重要，因為人格特質將影響接下來的行動，是推動不斷向前和不怕失敗的動力，並且對於自身不足之處積極尋求解決方案和資源，所以人格特質才是創業成功之關鍵因素。		zh_TW
