| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This paper attempts to clarify the dispute between "modern" and "postmodern" by way of a genetic analysis of the dispute between Habermas and Lyotard. In this analysis, I firstly expound the different views of both and accordingly their different claims of "modern" and "postmodern". Then, I cross-examine their positions through Rorty`s reconciliation and criticism to bring oat the meaning of this dispute. | en_US |
