摘要 隨著工業的發展,生產技術日新月異,對於大量生產罐裝產品之產業而言,一條生產線上只有一個注頭填充產品,早已不符合生產效率。現今,罐裝產業多會採用多注頭的製程生產產品,以提高產能並滿足廣大的市場需求。 目前,研究追蹤多注頭製程是否穩定的方法不少,但大部份方法都只適用於注頭間產品品質特性是互相獨立的情形或只具追蹤而無診斷之功能。本研究推廣Yang and Yeh (1999)的變數變換法建立管制圖以追蹤三個以上的相關注頭製程間產品品質特性變異的情形。此方法同樣能有效偵測出多個注頭中那個注頭製程失控,並能迅速診斷出製程失控是由會干擾所有注頭製程的第一類非機遇因素或會干擾單一注頭製程的第二類非機遇因素所造成。最後,三個注頭製程的數值例子被用以說明本方法的應用及追蹤和診斷之效果。
Statistical process control for a process with multiple correlated streams is extended by the method of transformation of process variables in Yang and Yeh (1999). The approach is simple while improving on traditional limitations. The proposed control charts may effectively detect which stream of them is out of control and distinguish which type of assignable causes disturbs the process. Numerical data is sampled from a three-stream filling machine to illustrate the application and the effects of the proposed control charts.
