摘要 法律服務業因全球市場趨勢變化而隨之快速轉變，如全球企業迅速提高對跨領域跨地域的法律服務需求；企業採取較以往更為公平客觀的角度衡量法律服務提供的價值，以致法律事務所的客戶其忠誠度不如以往；市場陸續加入新的競爭者，包括了異業跨足經營法律服務與網路法律服務業者的興起。面對國際化又變動迅速的市場，經營管理層面要如何應對才可在法律服務市場穩步立足並保持獲利？同樣處在嚴苛的大環境下，以對岸的法律服務業發展觀之，短短數年間，已有規模龐大且全國知名的大成律師事務所，而台灣法律服務業超前發展數十年卻仍受到一定程度的制約。若跳脫傳統合夥型經營模式思考，以整合專業與領域、提供各式加值、調整組織結構、改變利潤分配等方式經營法律服務業，或有機會走出法律服務業當前困境。
Legal service industry is varying due to fast-changing trends of the global market, such as companies need interdisciplinary legal service in cross regions, firms take more objective angles to measure the value legal services provide so that clients may not have the loyalty to a law firm as before, and there are more new competitors entering the market including other professional services firms setting up their own legal divisions to provide integrated service to their clients and the rising of Internet legal services. Facing this internationalized and fast-changing legal service market, how does a managing partner make his/her law firm stand firmly and make profit? Under the critical condition of the economy, the development of legal service industry in China is still blooming. They have Dacheng Law Offices established its economy scale in the whole nation in a few years. However, the legal service industry in Taiwan has developed several decades ahead and we are being quite limited somehow. If we can think outside the traditional partnership box about running a law firm and try to provide integrated and value-added service, adjust organization structure, and change the way of profit distribution, we may have our chances to overcome the predicament.
