dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 在教學自主權由中央下放到地方與老師教學自主權提昇的同時,幼稚園老師成為最直接影響教學品質的第一線,在幼稚園課程發展、決定的過程中扮演很重要的角色。老師所具備的教學知識,以及課程發展過程中老師的思考歷程均會直接影響教學品質。本研究及在此背景下產生。其目的包括: 1. 了解幼教老師完成一個學期課程時,其基本單元結構,各單元內以及單元間的關係。 2. 了解幼教老師計劃和組織教學課程成一學期課程的程序 3. 了解幼教老師課程決定與教學知識間的關係本研究以兩年為期,所採用之資料收集方法有:文件檔案法、文獻法、訪談、參與觀察、錄影、焦點團體座談及收集研究對象的省思日誌;資料分析方法以紮根理論方法為主。本研究案之提出,可作為未來師資培訓機構職前養成教育和在職進修中,有關教師課程發展與決定方面的課程設計時的參考,並希冀可增添相關研究之文獻。 | - |
dc.description.abstract (摘要) | While the government grants teachers to make decision on the curriculum and teaching, teachers become the major factor that matters the teaching quality. What and how will the teachers think during curriculum development and at making decision? By understanding these, it is very helpful to pursue the quality of teaching. This is the background of this research. The purpose of this research is: 1. Understanding the basic structure unit of the curriculum in one semester, and academic year, and the relationship among the units. 2. Investigate the procedure of planning and organizing the curriculum for one semester in the kindergartens. 3. Understanding the relationship between the curriculum decision-making and the practical knowledge. The research will cover two years in studying. It is going to adopt interviews, literature reviews, documentation, observation, videotapes, reflective diary, and focus group discussion to collect data. The result of this research can be a practical reference in designing the curriculum for the in- and pre-service teacher`s training program. | - |
