     摘要
     整體而言,本文歸納學者專家們對於「以學定教」的教學領導模式研究與看法,並從以下三個層面加以分析:1.從分析校長教學領導模式的研究文獻,探討教學領導模式等四種模式,解析建構「以學定教」校長教學領導模式的論述基礎。2.從校長教學領導與教師教學效能關係的實證研究,提供建構「以學定教」校長教學領導模式的實證支持。3.從三位校長年資都超過十年以上的師傅校長的訪談分析觀點:(1)從學生的學習成效看校長教學領導模式;(2)從學生的學習意義看校長教學領導模式;(3)從研訂學生成就指標看校長教學領導模式,歸納摘要做為「以學定教」的校長教學領導模式建構的要點,並進一步論述校長教學領導的核心任務,值得學校推動教學領導與實施的參考。

描述 Principal Instructional Leadership Model: Learning Orientation in Taught

     ABSTRACT
     This article summarizes the scholars and experts " Learning Orientation in Taught " mode of teaching research and opinion in principal instructional leadership. And analyzed from the following three levels.
     Firstly, from the analysis of the research literature principal instructional leadership model to explore the four modes of teaching leadership mode, analytical construct " Learning Orientation in Taught " mode of discourse principal instructional leadership foundation.
     Secondly, from the empirical study principal instructional leadership and teaching effectiveness relationship, provide construct " Learning Orientation in Taught " empirical support for principal instructional leadership model.
     Thirdly, from analysis point of the three mentor principals views with" Learning Orientation in Taught " mode for principal instructional leadership. They proposed three key issue :1. From the students `learning effectiveness to see principals` instructional leadership model. 2. From the students `learning meanings to see principals` instructional leadership model.3. From the students `learning indicators of achievement to see principals` instructional leadership model.
     Finally, this article Summaries the three levels of main points as "l Learning Orientation in Taught " for the principal instructional leadership model construction, and further discusses the core tasks of principal instructional leadership, instructional leadership and worthy schools to promote the implementation of reference.
