| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 線上目錄是使用者開啟資訊之鑰，可以協助使用者在浩瀚資源中篩揀出所需要的資訊。線上目錄使用者研究有助於我們了解使用者資訊需求行為，並可作為改善資訊檢索系統設計之參考。本研究嘗試以實證的方式，探討使用者使用檔案目錄檢索系統之檢索行為，並以目前國家檔案目錄查詢系統─二二八事件檔案資訊網為例，分析使用者常用之檢索點、檢索詞彙類型及其檢索結果滿意程度，最終並針對研究結果加以歸納整理，擬具結論及建議，以期提供我國檔案線上目錄查詢系統功能設計及使用指導規劃之參考。 | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The online catalog is a gateway for users to access information. Through the users studies of online catalog, we can understand users’ information seeking behavior and improve the design of information retrieval system. This research tries to adopt positive method to study users’ retrieval behavior in using archives catalog retrieval system, and takes the present National Archival Catalog Inquiry System ─ The 228 Incident Archives Website as an example to analyze the often used access points、the category of search terms and their approval on retrieval results. As the result, we provide conclusions and suggestions for improving the system function of archive online catalog. | en_US |
