摘要 本研究首先利用Nobel Prizes官方網站確認2001年至2012年諾貝爾經濟學獎得主後,再至IDEAS系統確認2001年至2012年諾貝爾獎得主之文獻並建立2001年至2012年諾貝爾經濟學獎得主作品清單,並自Web of Science、Scopus、Google Scholar、Microsoft Academic Search、RePEc、OpenDOAR及OAIster商業引文資料庫及開放取用系統中檢索諾貝爾經濟學得主作品資料後,以Excel 試算表軟體作為主要資料處理工具及SPSS的管理系統交叉運用,互相搭配及支援,以進行資料處理。透過商業資料庫和開放取用引文系統,深入比較此二種學術傳播機制的特色及所涵蓋資源的完整性、重複性與獨特性。期望能提供圖書館選擇引文索引資料庫與未來引文系統發展之參考。此外,藉由對各系統完整性評估結果,提出學術評鑑的指標與工具之建議。
In this study, the use of Nobel Prizes official website confirmed that from 2001 to 2012 Nobel laureate in economics, and then to confirm IDEAS systems literature from 2001 to 2012 and the establishment of the Nobel laureate from 2001 to 2012 Nobel Prize in Economics winner list of works, and since the Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar, Microsoft Academic Search, RePEc, OpenDOAR and OAIster commercial citation databases and open access retrieval system works Nobel laureate data to Excel spreadsheet software as the main data processing tools and SPSS for cross-use management system, with each other and support to carry out data processing. Citation databases and open access system resources through commercial, in-depth comparative characteristics of these two kinds of scholarly communication mechanisms and resources covered by the integrity, repeatability and uniqueness. Expect to provide library Reference Citation Index database system development and future citations. In addition, an assessment of the integrity of the systems by the results, recommendations academic evaluation indicators and instruments.
