摘要 此篇文章中探討成對資料的合意度分析,影響合意度的好壞分為系統差異(System Difference)和隨機差異(Random Difference)兩種,使用Svensson and Holm (1994)提出的RP、RC等統計量,與Cohen(1960)的Kappa、Kendall(1938)的Kendall’s W等廣泛被使用的合意度指標,並配合ROC曲線進行資料分析。
本文分析具遺漏值的資料(incomplete-data),並且著重在變數同時包含連續型和類別型的混合型情況,使用Schafer(1997)中EM和衍生出的資料增廣(Data augmentation)等方法求取參數的估計值,並且對遺漏值進行資料插補,進而對資料的合意度進行分析。從幾次的模擬結果,可得知填補遺漏值後與實際狀況的差異相當小;如經過給予限制條件的模型得到變異較不穩定的情況,可在未來的研究當中先對所有的資料更加了解,再使用資料增廣與貝氏結合的方法(Data augmentation Bayesian IPF)做分析。
