| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 五０年《自由中國》團結戰後台灣自由主義者的力量,共同為維護憲政、捍衛人權奮鬥。夏道平為《自由中國》的主筆與編輯委員,撰寫百餘篇的政論文章,從實際問題入手,鞭策自由民主制度的落實。其言論重點為:(1)維護憲法,落實責任內閣制;(2)爭取言論出版自由;(3)健全司法,保障人權;(4)鼓吹自由經濟;(5)反對蔣中正總統修憲與三連任;(6)商榷反攻大陸問題;(7)端正選風。《自由中國》停刊後夏道平埋首翻譯自由主義的名著,有系統的移植當代奧國學派米塞斯、海耶克的思想,闡述當代奧國學派的方法論、市場經濟理論及財經政策,並從奧國學派的觀點提出政策建言,引導台灣走向自由經濟。夏道平為戰後台灣自由主義的要角,居承先啟後的地位,其特色為:(1)善於從實際問題的評論引導當局落實自由民主制度;(2)堅守個人主義立場;(3)少論及自由主義與傳統文化的關聯;(4)有系統的移植當代奧國學派。戰後台灣自由主義者大都自我定位為「自由中國運動」的推動者,共同為建立一個「自由中國」而奮鬥,夏道平為其中的典型人物,貢獻良多。 | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The aim of this paper is to investigate the character that Hsia Tao-Ping interpreted liberalism and his contributions, reflecting the problem of self-definition from the new frame of liberalism and to look forth the development of liberalism in Taiwan. This paper has four divisions: (1) to investigate the doctrines and political arguments that Hsia interpreted in "Free China" (2) to investigate the meanings of Hsia`s planting Austrian school and his limits; (3) manifesting what Hsia contributed to liberalism in post-war Taiwan and characteristics of his thinking; (4) to investigate the reflections of self-identity, made by liberalism, in post-war Taiwan, and to look forth the development of liberalism in Taiwan. | en_US |
