摘要 管制圖之經濟模型首由Duncan(1956)提出。自此之後陸續有學者致力研究經濟管制圖,包括.Xbar.管制圖、S管制圖等。但少量連串管制圖及短程管制圖之經濟設計目前尚無人提出。而在實務上,部分產業可能由於產品過於昂貴,或者產品的製造時間所需甚長,或生產少量多樣產品,而使得品檢時所抽取的樣本數無法達到25個,這時若採用傳統的管制圖來分析製程,將無法顯示製程真正的狀態。因此本研究首先探討少量連串下.Xbar.和R管制圖之製作原理,並計算及整理出較完整的少量連串下.Xbar.和R的管制係數表。再假設非機遇因素只影響製程變異,而運用Banerjee和Rahim(1987)的更新理論方法,建立少量連串情形下的R經濟管制圖。一個例子將被用來說明如何獲得最適設計參數值、決定關鍵參數,以及少量連串情形下R經濟管制圖之建立與應用。接著,我們將探討用於管制少量多樣生產下之各種短程管制圖之建立以及短程管制圖之最適設計。
Consumer-oriented production is the major course in the recent years. It leads to short and small production runs. We provide the small run .Xbar. and R control charts to monitor the small production runs. It provides more reliable information than that of Shewhart control charts. Besides, various short run control charts are developed to substitute the cases of using multiple control charts and multiple small-runs .Xbar. and R charts. The optimal control policies of small-run .Xbar. and R charts, and short run control charts are determined by renewal theory approach. The optimal control charts can be used to monitor the production process with minimum cost. A numerical example is illustrated to construct the small-run economic R chart and determine the critical cost parameters. The costs between the short run .Xbar. and S charts with inspection and no inspection are compared.
