| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本文為一理論性的論述，目的在探討醫療策略聯盟群所擁有的優勢以及群對群間的競合互動關係，由於過去有關醫療產業合作策略的研究，多從醫院層次或跨組織間的二元關係為分析單位來討論，本文則以整個聯盟群或網絡為分析單位。另外，有學者主張群對群的競爭，本文則從既競爭又合作的觀點討論聯盟群對群間的競合。最後依據相關的文獻觀點提出理論上的觀念架構及有關的研究問題及分析，以作為未來在醫療管理經營實務及學術研究之參考。 | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | As for theoretical review, this paper aims at exploring advantages of healthcare alliances and the coopetition between group-based alliances. Going beyond the unit of analysis at hospital-level and interorganizational dyadic-level, this paper focuses on the unit of analysis at alliance-level. Meanwhile, coopetition, other than the competition between alliances, is supposed to deserve more attention in strategic research field particularly in the healthcare settings. Thus, deriving from literature reviews, a conceptual framework and relevant research questions as well as analyses were proposed for the references of healthcare practices and future research. | en_US |
