| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The purpose of this study aims to investigate the personality traits of academic librarians in Taiwan, to examine the contributing factors in their job selection, and to explore the correlations between these two aspects. The research data are collected through an adoption of the method of questionnaire-survey, whose informants are composed of librarians from a number of universities. The revealed results of this study may provide beneficial suggestions on human resource management for academic libraries in Taiwan. | en_US |
