摘要 自捷克斯洛伐克建國至二戰結束、冷戰結束和捷克與斯洛伐克和平分離，這段期間內捷克的政治體制宛如一場政治學實驗，政治光譜從極左到極右都曾經歷過，終建成現今民主國家之態樣。而這段期間內，捷克與俄羅斯外交關係是一段由熱絡到冷淡，再到相互往來的過程，面對俄羅斯這個既親密又疏離的東方大國，捷克雖曾經歷慘痛的相處代價，但在21 世紀的當代，捷克不能也無法擺脫俄羅斯的影響力，因此勢必以務實的態度看待對俄關係，並在重返歐洲的路上審慎對俄。

東西方之間在冷戰期間的對峙格局固然已不再，但以美國為首的西方和俄國畢竟在某些議題上是針鋒相對的，在東西之間的衝突之中，捷克應如何自處是本論文關注的焦點，捷克親西方之餘也維繫對俄關係，應可作為小國遊走於強權間的借鏡。
The topic of this thesis is focusing on the relation of Czech Republic and Russian Federation in the era of cold war and post cold war. That was a period that Czech Republic suffered from the betral of the West, exploitaiton of Soviet Union, also the time that Czech people finally grab the chance to rule its nation.
Starting from 1948 to 2013, change of the regime and polity in Czech Republic was like a political experiment, the nation almost went through all of the ideologies in the political spectrum. For the past several decades in the cold war era especially in 1968, Czech people tried very hard to get rid of USSR but in vain. Nowadays in 21st century, Czech Republic sitll can not neglect the fact that Russian Federation is one of its important near-abroad, no matter from the perspective of economics or security.
The negative experience with USSR does not make the leader of Czech Republic abandon pratical thinking, no matter Havel or Klause they both are realists. In the era
of post cold war since the fall of USSR, the policy of Czech Republic was to get closer to the West and simultaneouly mantain the good relationship with Russian Federation.

dc.description.abstract (摘要) 自捷克斯洛伐克建國至二戰結束、冷戰結束和捷克與斯洛伐克和平分離，這段期間內捷克的政治體制宛如一場政治學實驗，政治光譜從極左到極右都曾經歷過，終建成現今民主國家之態樣。而這段期間內，捷克與俄羅斯外交關係是一段由熱絡到冷淡，再到相互往來的過程，面對俄羅斯這個既親密又疏離的東方大國，捷克雖曾經歷慘痛的相處代價，但在21 世紀的當代，捷克不能也無法擺脫俄羅斯的影響力，因此勢必以務實的態度看待對俄關係，並在重返歐洲的路上審慎對俄。

東西方之間在冷戰期間的對峙格局固然已不再，但以美國為首的西方和俄國畢竟在某些議題上是針鋒相對的，在東西之間的衝突之中，捷克應如何自處是本論文關注的焦點，捷克親西方之餘也維繫對俄關係，應可作為小國遊走於強權間的借鏡。		zh_TW
dc.description.abstract (摘要) The topic of this thesis is focusing on the relation of Czech Republic and Russian Federation in the era of cold war and post cold war. That was a period that Czech Republic suffered from the betral of the West, exploitaiton of Soviet Union, also the time that Czech people finally grab the chance to rule its nation.
Starting from 1948 to 2013, change of the regime and polity in Czech Republic was like a political experiment, the nation almost went through all of the ideologies in the political spectrum. For the past several decades in the cold war era especially in 1968, Czech people tried very hard to get rid of USSR but in vain. Nowadays in 21st century, Czech Republic sitll can not neglect the fact that Russian Federation is one of its important near-abroad, no matter from the perspective of economics or security.
The negative experience with USSR does not make the leader of Czech Republic abandon pratical thinking, no matter Havel or Klause they both are realists. In the era
of post cold war since the fall of USSR, the policy of Czech Republic was to get closer to the West and simultaneouly mantain the good relationship with Russian Federation.		en_US
