dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 臺灣啦啦隊運動漸漸興盛,越來越多學校皆有啦啦隊的成立。許多人期望透過重量訓練來增加肌力,以升在競技啦啦的運動表現。本研究將討論重量訓練對於競技啦啦隊女生訓練的關連性。也提出建議的訓練動作,以提高競技啦啦女生的:一、肌力與肌耐力;二、核心肌群控制能力,並將以身體肌群與訓練動作分別論述。最後也提出,一般競技啦啦訓練者所容易犯的錯誤。期望國內的競技啦啦隊員在透過重量訓練時,能夠得到良好的成效,以提高台灣競技啦啦隊的實力。 | |
dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Cheerleading has bloomed recently and more and more schools have cheerleading squads or cheerleading competition. Many people expect to advance the performance of cheerleading by gaining muscle strength from weigh training. The study is focus on the effect of intervention-weight training program on girl cheerleaders. There are some training advices to improve girl cheerleaders from strength and muscular endurance to the core muscle control. The last but not the least, the study brings up the common faults in cheerleading training in order to prevent evitable harming. By these advices in weight training and fault prevention, wish national cheerleading can get better performance and gain the international reputation. | |
