| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 在推行供應鏈管理的過程中，掌控不確定性能力的優劣係為供應鏈管理推行成功與否的重要關鍵因素之一；因此，建立一不確定性因素之因應策略係為相當重要的議題。本研究係為一探索性研究，首先透過文獻探討，歸納出不確定因素的來源及影響，並提出一個因應策略架構雛型，利用圖形模式化工具(IDEF0)表達與分析企業流程，協助企業找出不確定性因素的來源及其影響。接著，再針對台灣資訊電子業進行個案訪談，以了解國內供應鏈實際的因應方式，並藉此修正原有的架構雛型，以期讓所提出的不確定性因素之因應策略架構更能符合台灣資訊電子產業的現況與需求，並可作為相關產業推行供應鏈管理時的參考。 | - |
