摘要 新創企業經常面臨資源取得困難的窘境,由於缺乏合法性,新創企業在公開市場取得資源不易,因此時常得藉由社會資本(人脈關係)取得資源。過去學者們發現,社會資本能夠幫助創業者辨識創業機會、協助新創企業建立合法性,以較低成本取得創業資源,其中人力資本的形成更是與社會資本密不可分。本研究以個案訪查的方式,分析創業社會資本對於創業資源取得的影響。研究發現社會資本的確能夠幫助企業取得合法性、並降低資源取得成本,具有強關係的社會資本更是企業危及時提供援助的救星。社會資本也可以幫助企業累積與創造智慧資本,但強關係比弱關係更為有用。至於在人力資本方面,在新創企業的初期、或是關鍵人才的選拔上,以社會資本取得人才是較好的方式,但若用錯地方,以人脈取得的員工反而比一般員工更難管理。最後,本研究發現若企業的客戶間沒有強烈的競爭關係,客戶間的介紹不但能增進客戶開發效率,亦可避開風險客戶,是取得客戶的良好策略。
