| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 冷戰期間中蘇關係由好轉壞的過程中, 鄧小平扮演舉足輕重的角色. 毛澤東基於接班人選的考量, 有意地讓鄧小平處理中蘇關係議題, 藉以對之栽培, 磨練以至檢驗. 鄧小平除了因愛國心理和意識型態因素的影響, 其在對蘇關係上同毛澤東亦步亦趨, 寧左勿右, 既有權力結構上行下效的制約, 更有表忠誠, 爭表現迎合毛所望的需要. 事實上, 鄧在中蘇關係上的表現, 甚受毛欣賞和肯定, 成為鄧重新登上政治舞台的重要理由和憑藉. 相關歷史對於[鄧小平研究]的探討: 毛鄧關係, 歷史責任, 外交政策影響以及人際網絡等, 具有重要的啟發和意義. | - |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | During the Cold War, P.R.C.-U.S.S.R. relations deteriorated quickly. Deng Xiaoping played an important role in this process. Mao Zedong took Deng as one of his main successors, and tried to cultivate and test Deng by ordering him to deal with P.R.C.-U.S.S.R. relations. Deng took a tough stance toward the U.S.S.R. not only because of patriotic and ideological factors, but also the structural constraints of power, and the desire to accommodate himself to Mao`s expectations. This was considered the best way to express his loyalty to Mao. In fact, Deng`s performance on the relationship with the U.S.S.R. was appreciated and praised by Mao, and it`s an important reason for Mao permitting Deng to return to power later. Deng`s role here has many implications for "Deng Xiaoping Studies", including Mao-Deng relations, Deng`s historical responsibilities, his influence on foreign policies and his human interactions. | - |
