| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 今年(2009年)1月20日，中共官方發布了「2008年中國的國防」。該報告被認為是中國的國防白皮書，是中共官方回應國際要求其軍事透明化的作為。因此，國際上對此每兩年公布一次的報告相當重視，期望能發現所期待的資訊。如果期待透過這本報告能對中國軍隊的全貌有所瞭解，則可能會失望。然而，這個報告也透露了一些值得我們特別注意的資訊。 | |
