| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 近年來兩岸經貿往來密切，企業紛紛赴大陸投資設廠，人員旅遊觀光日益頻繁，衍生的金融服務需求不斷增加，且銀行業在台灣競爭激烈，發展機會有限，因此允許台資銀行赴大陸投資，開放潮流勢不可擋；隨著2006年底中國對WTO金融市場開放承諾事項的完全實施，外資銀行必將加速進入大陸，而台資銀行由於受政策之限制，目前還未能登陸設立營業性機構，商機逐漸流失。本文完整介紹中國對外資銀行開放的有關規定及台灣對銀行業赴大陸投資之相關法令，扼要說明了外資銀行在中國大陸的發展現況，並討論未來台資銀行赴大陸投資的可能途徑。 | - |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Recently, as cross-strait business trades and investments flourish and communications of people become heavier, the accompanying financial services are increasing. Since the competition of banking industry is very severe and there is limited development opportunity in Taiwan, allowing domestic banks to invest in China is inevitable. As the dateline of opening market to foreign countries becomes closer and closer, foreign banks investing in China accelerate. However, the Taiwanese banks are prohibited to invest in China by the government, and the business advantage is losing gradually. The paper first summarizes financial laws of both China and Taiwan regarding to Taiwan banking industry advancing west toward China and then presents the recent situation of foreign banks over there. Finally, this paper discusses possible ways of Taiwan banks investing in Mainland China. | - |
