| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 圖書館期刊採購於政府採購法施行後，配合法令以各種招標與議比價方式辦理，然因期刊採購原本有其特性與困難，本文略述依採購法模式辦理兩年期刊招標以來的經驗與心得，期圖書館採購人員能集思廣益，使期刊採購能在法令規範下找出更適合的採購方式，或者更進一步，將採購法對書刊採購的困難與問題反應給主管機關，俾制定出更適合圖書館期刊採購的法令規範。Since the Government Acquisition Law has been executed, library periodicals` acquisition has to follow the Law then invite public bidding or negotiate prices with agencies. However, periodicals` acquisition has specific difficulty by itself. This article states the experience and feeling of two years` periocials` acquisition acting up to the Law. Looking forwards to gathering all the opinion of acquisition librarians and finding the best way for periodical`s acquisition under the Law. Or to go a step further, reacting the real difficulty and problem to the direct institution for working out the better Law for librarys` periocials` acquisition. | en |
