dc.description.abstract (摘要) | In comparison with the commercial medical grid service, this paper is mainly focusing on the publications productivity review which subjects as renowned "Pneumonology" related papers on Science Citation Index (SCI)-expanded, Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) and Arts & Humanities Citation Index (AHCI) database. The result indicated that the publication productions with topic as "Pneumonology or Respiratory Medicine or Pulmonary Medicine" are still increasing tremendously. The publications of pneumonology are usually generated by multi-authors (1011 out of 5818 are either single or anonymous author publications). Both complete and complete-normalized counting methods are used in this paper and the distribution of contribution indexes of author productivity could not be held by Lotka`s Law for the matter of co-authorship and interdisciplinary publishing. It seems inevitable, no matter Lokta`s law can hold it or not, that co-authorship and interdisciplinary publishing have been the trend in this field. | |
