| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | In 2005, a farmer＇s association was established on trial basis at Jianshi County, Hubei. This association copied the structure of Taiwan＇s farmers＇ association and aimed at playing a platform between government and farmers by providing multiple functions for the farmers in the area. This transplanted rural organization has led a change to the governance of the rural area changed. Over the past year, the development of this newly nongovernment organization, however, has been quite rough due to the lack of understanding of real essence of Taiwan experience and inner power struggle. This is an action research in that the researcher will work together with the association to motivate and help the rural cadres and farmers to rebuild their community lives so as to bring back the trust they originally had had in it. | |
