題名 臺北市幼兒園教師自覺嗓音狀況與其教學行為之研究

教學行為日期 2015 上傳時間 3-Aug-2015 13:40:58 (UTC+8) 摘要 教師嗓音異常的比例顯著大於非教師職業者,當教師有嗓音異常時,會改變教學行為及影響工作表現,造成生活品質降低。相關研究發現教學行為與學生課堂參與行為及學生的學習效能感呈顯著的正相關,然而目前國內外關於教師自覺嗓音狀況對教學行為的影響缺乏以幼兒園教師為對象的樣本,且目前國內外關於教師自覺嗓音狀況對其教學行為的影響之研究亦缺乏針對教學行為各層面之分析,因此,研究幼兒園教師嗓音狀況對教學行為之影響仍有必要。 為探究幼兒園教師自覺嗓音狀況與教學行為的關聯,本研究使用教師基本資料調查表、簡易版華語嗓音障礙指數量表(VHI-10)、及教學行為量表。在臺北市以立意取樣後,由研究者將搜集的問卷資料進行統計分析,比較自覺性嗓音正常與異常者之教學行為的差異性和相關性,及教師基本資料與教學行為的差異性和相關性。並選取嗓音異常組中教學行為低分組及高分組者共八位,進行嗓音與教學行為的關聯訪談,並將質性結果與量化結果做比較分析。 本研究結果證實及發現:一、不同教師的自覺嗓音狀況與教學行為有負相關。二、教師的基本資料僅實足年齡和任教年資與教學行為達顯著正相關。三、VHI-10嗓音分組的切截點可能不適用於研究幼兒園教師的教學行為。四、不同教師的任教園所性質與教師自覺嗓音狀況有關。五、建議教師可藉由:(1)平日減少嗓音濫用、(2)教學媒介的多元運用、(3)協同教學的及時運用、(4)積極尋求醫療等專業協助等方式改善嗓音對教學的負面影響。 參考文獻 Assunção1, A.
