題名 The Research on Critical Performance Factors of E-commerce in On-line Travel Service

摘要 E-commerce in on-line travel service prevails recently, and makes the behavior of travellers change into the digital transaction via internet gradually. E-commerce breaks through the temporal and spatial limitation, speeds up the flows of money, objects, and information. By lowering the transaction cost and promoting the opportunities, e-commerce creates more successes in the traveling market. It`s a megatrend for everyone to utilize e-commerce on internet for transaction by benefiting from the influence and effectiveness of internet. Same as to travelling industry, more and more players transform their operation strategies from traditional ones to e-commerce. The travel agencies in Taiwan set up their internet services to catch the promising trends since 2000, other non-traveling companies also accommodate their IT infrastructure and strategies to enter the online travelling market proactively. This research is based on the IS Model of DeLone W.H & McLean E.R.(1992), making use of Factor Analysis Method piloted by the research and analysis of experts to construct the evaluation guidelines on the critical performance factors of online travel service. This research paves the way for the providers of online travel service with a useful framework and reference in their strategic planning.
