摘要 本研究旨在探討臺北縣國民小學校長科技領導對學校效能的影響及其關係,以做為提升學校效能的參考。在研究方法上,首先透過文獻探討,建立研究的理論基礎,並採用問卷調查方法,抽取臺北縣公立國民小學66校,共598位教師進行問卷調查,問卷回收經整理有效問卷為468份,回收率為78%。最後,利用二階驗證性因素分析、描述性統計與結構方程模式等方法進行工具發展與資料分析,並獲得的結論如下:(一)臺北縣國民小學教師知覺校長科技領導與學校效能之現況,均屬於良好情形。(二)臺北縣國民小學校長科技領導與學校效能之間具顯著正相關。(三)臺北縣國民小學校長科技領導能正向影響學校效能。
This study aims at discussing the influence of principals’ technology leadership on school effectiveness and its relationship for elementary school principals in Taipei County. Through literature reviews to set up the theoretical research structure, a questionnaire survey was employed. 66 public and private elementary schools in Taipei County were selectedand a total of 598 teachers were distributed with the questionnaire. 468 valid copies of our questionnaire were collected with the validity at 79%. The statistical methods included second-order CFA, descriptive statistics and SEM. The conclusions obtained in this study are as follows: (1) the current conditions of technology leadership of elementary school principals and school effectiveness in Taipei County are good; (2) the relationship between technology leadership and school effectiveness are significantly positive correlated; and (3) the technology leadership of school principal is indeed helpful to school effectiveness.
