| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Putting Herzen and his ideology under the views of the history of Russian ideology and that of Russian revolution，this article intends to analyze the intension of Herzen’ s socialist ideology and to evaluate its historical value from the perspective of the historical epistemology． Herzen is regarded as the founder of socialist ideology for Russian peasants． The core of his thinking is humanitarianism，which is based on the treasure of Russian village community tradition and the criticism of bourgeois politics in Western Europe． Herzen’s ideology and political ideals surmounted Slavophiles and the Westernizers，and truly reflected the requirement of the development of Russian history and the call of that time． | |
