| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 經濟安全保障是指，政府透過國際政治經濟的協調合作與國內制度的建立，維持、改善國家經濟與國民生計的政策與方針。戰後日本經濟安全保障的理論與政策思維，是從初期的「擴大東亞經貿影響力」與「政府開發援助」，演變成石油危機後的「確保資源穩定供給」與「綜合安全保障」，進而發展成區域經濟整合時期的「提供國民安定的生活環境」與「強化國家的競爭力」，以及「經濟夥伴協定」與「跨太平洋夥伴協定」。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Economic security is referred to as the government`s policies and guidelines used to improve the national economy as well as the people`s livelihood through the coordination and cooperation of the international political economy as well as the establishment of a domestic system. Japan`s postwar economic security theories and policy concepts have evolved from ＂expanding trade and economic influence in East Asia＂ and the ODA into ＂ensuring a stable supply of resources＂ and comprehensive security after the oil crisis, and then subsequently developing into ＂providing a stable living environment for the people＂ and ＂strengthening the country`s competitiveness＂ during the regional economic integration period as well as under the EPA and TPP. | |
