| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This project applies the knowledge banks of low carbon energy and key groups and learning modules which are to be built by the other two projects. Specifically, the researchers in this project use the knowledge bank as a base for citizen participation mechanism aiming to construct an informed discussion platform among key social groups for consensus building regarding key policy issues. By doing so, the goal of this project is to increase participants’ low carbon energy literacy, to resolve conflict, to improve decision quality and to eventually to enhance the implementation of key public policy. | - |
