題名 台灣生技製藥廠商之技術知識特質與技術網路之研究

摘要 本研究主要是在探討台灣生技製藥產業中,廠商之技術知識特質與技術網路間之互動關係。其中技術知識特質是選取(1)技術知識生命週期(2)技術知識路徑相依度(3)技術知識複雜程度等三個變數來做探討。而技術網路包括了(1)內部技術網路(2)外部技術網路。內部技術網路是探討公司內部之專案管理及跨部門知識的流通,外部技術網路是探討公司與外界之學研單位、政府單位及廠商間互動關係。研究發現如下:
