摘要 政治技巧與職涯成功一直是熱門的學術研究議題,過往的研究也證實了政治技巧與職涯成功存在相關,但卻未詳細解釋政治技巧是如何導致個體的職涯成功。有鑑於此,本研究將印象管理行為納入架構中,透過風險評估模型,探討印象管理行為作為政治技巧與職涯成功間的解釋因子。與此同時,本研究也將個人倫理哲學作為調節變項,透過自我調節理論作為解釋理論,以便驗證個人的道德價值觀是否會影響印象管理行為的使用。本研究採用對偶的問卷調查法,收集166份有效問卷作為研究資料。研究結果發現政治技巧能有效預測職涯成功及印象管理,印象管理只能預測部分的職涯成功。同時,本研究透過階層迴歸分析發現,不納入軍公教樣本時,印象管理對政治技巧與職涯成功具有部分中介效果。最後,個人倫理哲學之理想主義與相對主義在政治技巧與印象管理之間都不具備調節效果。

dc.description.abstract (摘要) 政治技巧與職涯成功一直是熱門的學術研究議題,過往的研究也證實了政治技巧與職涯成功存在相關,但卻未詳細解釋政治技巧是如何導致個體的職涯成功。有鑑於此,本研究將印象管理行為納入架構中,透過風險評估模型,探討印象管理行為作為政治技巧與職涯成功間的解釋因子。與此同時,本研究也將個人倫理哲學作為調節變項,透過自我調節理論作為解釋理論,以便驗證個人的道德價值觀是否會影響印象管理行為的使用。本研究採用對偶的問卷調查法,收集166份有效問卷作為研究資料。研究結果發現政治技巧能有效預測職涯成功及印象管理,印象管理只能預測部分的職涯成功。同時,本研究透過階層迴歸分析發現,不納入軍公教樣本時,印象管理對政治技巧與職涯成功具有部分中介效果。最後,個人倫理哲學之理想主義與相對主義在政治技巧與印象管理之間都不具備調節效果。zh_TW
