題名 八九民運後中共對外政策之研究

摘要 一九八九年六月四日，在中國大陸所發生的民主運動，原本是中共政權的內部事務，但卻因中共的處置失當、竟而引發國際性的譴責與制裁，使中共政權在對外關係上遭逢前所未有的空前壓力；而隨後的東歐劇變、波斯灣戰爭、以及蘇聯的解體等數起重大的國際事件，也均對中共的內外環境造成極大的衝擊，不論是基於外交是內政的延長，或是對國際環境壓力的反應，中共在其對外政策及相關作為方面，皆須有所因應與調整；本論文即是以中共在八九天安門事件發生之後的對外政策作研究的主題，藉以觀察中共政權在此種空前變局下的反應。

dc.description.abstract (摘要) 一九八九年六月四日，在中國大陸所發生的民主運動，原本是中共政權的內部事務，但卻因中共的處置失當、竟而引發國際性的譴責與制裁，使中共政權在對外關係上遭逢前所未有的空前壓力；而隨後的東歐劇變、波斯灣戰爭、以及蘇聯的解體等數起重大的國際事件，也均對中共的內外環境造成極大的衝擊，不論是基於外交是內政的延長，或是對國際環境壓力的反應，中共在其對外政策及相關作為方面，皆須有所因應與調整；本論文即是以中共在八九天安門事件發生之後的對外政策作研究的主題，藉以觀察中共政權在此種空前變局下的反應。zh_TW
