題名 發展監控產品壽命具有BIRNBAUM-SAUNDERS分配的管制圖

摘要 由於產品的耐用性漸受重視，將產品的平均壽命當作一種規格標示出來已成一種趨勢。壽命資料的型態通常為非常態分配且為小樣本，因此針對壽命資料發展管制圖成為各家廠商的重要課題。因為大部份產品的疲勞壽命測試時間可達極短，且Birnbaum-Saunders分配專為描述具疲勞毀壞特性之產品的壽命，因此本論文將針對此類型產品的壽命發展管制圖。
