| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 近年來，由於全球化與國際化的發展持續快速進行，傳統政治學都受到相當大的衝擊與挑戰，導致政治事務日趨複雜繁瑣，政治決策者的決策時間縮短，一般民眾對於政治事務的理解更是困難。 面對這個重大的變化，國外許多大學與研究機構都已經發展出一種以時效性為重的研究社群與應用政治學學門，以便提供產官學各界參考。雖然，我國最高的相關研究機關中央研究院政治研究所，與大陸的社會科學院政治研究所，都相當強調以適應國情為用的研究目的，但是仍舊無法因應上述快速發展的國內外情勢。 此外，政治大學國際關係研究中心，也因受限於當前考核評量標準的限制，該學術單位同樣無法因應相關的需求，導致社會上對於深度時事分析與反應的供需失衡。 質言之，台灣產官學各界都對於應用政治學所可能提供的資訊服務有相當大的需求，但目前並未形成獨立學門，此乃本研究的主要目的。而若能參考國外有關應用政治學的教學與研究方式，試圖為國關中心開闢一條新的發展道路與方向，也是一大收獲。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | In recent years, due to rapid development of globalization and internationalization, the traditional political science are subject to considerable challenges, leading to an increasingly complicated political affairs and the increasing difficulties for the public for better understanding of political affairs. Facing this significant change, many universities and research institutions in the foreign countries have developed a kind of time-sensitive research community and political science disciplines called applies political science to provide references. Although our highest research body Institute of Political Studies of Academia Sinica, and China’s Institute of Political Studies in the Institute of Social Sciences are emphasized the usage research. They still can not adjust to the rapid development of domestic and international situation. In addition, the Institute of International Relations (IIR), National Chengchi University, is also limited to the current assessment can not respond to the needs of the community. It has resulted in an imbalance of supply and demand regarding in depth analysis of current affairs. Frankly speaking, Taiwan’s industry, government and academic communities all need information services provided by the applied political science, which has not formed an independent academic discipline. This is the main purpose of this research. Even if the application of the foreign applied political science teaching and research methods can help find a new development path, is also a big harvest. | |
