| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 近來臺灣許多企業開始重視企業內部資料的整理與展示，紛紛成立相關館所以呈現該企業 發展之歷史脈絡。回顧以往企業檔案的留存，乃企業為創造盈收、便利業務之進行，或作為未 來研發之參考、事證之稽憑，其內容記載著公司從事各項業務活動與技術研發的過程與成果， 除支援現在業務的推展外，藉由檔案更可瞭解企業過去營運狀況，提供未來經營與決策之重要 參考資訊，留存項目包括業務往返之郵件、合約、憑據、設計資料、藍圖、產品資訊、會議記 錄、表單、統計數據、規範、人事資料、會計資料、專利、圖片、多媒體等，甚而實體產品、 樣本、環境軟、硬體，依據既定的規則，妥存於適當環境之下以供檢用，對於企業而言是一種 降低風險的方式，因企業多能體會檔案管理的優劣不僅對於該企業未來的經營與管理有著重要 影響，嚴重甚而造成國家在各面向的發展的阻礙。 我國檔案管理事業起步較慢，直到民國八十八年「檔案法」通過及俟後的檔案管理局成立， 檔案管理才逐漸受到重視。該法明訂中央與地方各級政府機關檔案管理事宜，強調政府各機關 部門之檔案管理；然而，民間企業檔案管理之相關規範卻未論及，以致企業檔案整理與展示多 以博物館與圖書館的思維進行規劃，在資料文獻的整理與應用上明顯薄弱，也造成這類資訊在 企業中管理的不足。本研究為深入瞭解企業檔案館的設置與管理方式，擬針對民國100 年經濟 部所辦理「臺灣百大品牌選拔活動」選出之100 個臺灣最具代表性之企業進行研究，以瞭解現 階段臺灣企業所設置檔案館之成立與管理進行探討，包括資料的收集、整理、保存、展示以及 提供使用工作之相關原則，並參酌國內外相關規範與作法，希冀能對我國企業檔案館的設立與 管理提出建議，以為相關單位參考之依據。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Business archives are records, which are produced from dealing with every business activity. It can reflect the Business activity situation, support the daily business activities and it is very important to the social economic development in our country. Business archives have significant evidence values. It is not only business’s assets but also can protect the legitimate rights and interests of the business. In the knowledge economic age, to develop and utilize knowledge crystallization existing in the business, archives properly can bring the huge economic benefits to the business. This research is based on questionnaire survey method and in-depth interview method to explore the business archives management system. | |
