題名 企業甄選決策者對再就業婦女之雇用態度與雇用行為的影響因素研究

摘要 本研究的主要目的在探討甄選決策者「對再就業婦女的知覺」、「雇用態度」、「雇用行為」三變項間的關係以及一些甄選決策者個人變項、工作相關經驗與組織變項對此三變項的影響。本研究的受試者為203位服務於民營企業的主管,他們都是有實際參與雇用決策且擔任現職有一年以上的年資。研究工具為針對再就業婦女的「知覺量表」、「態度量表」、「行為檢核表」、「個人基本資料」及「雇用經驗」等五個量表。
