題名 放寬進入管制對市場服務品質的影響-以1983年至1999年臺灣民航產業為例

摘要 臺灣經濟的快速發展與平均每人國民所得的上升,帶動了消費者對民航品質的要求日漸提升。這使得交通部民航局決定在1987年放寬民航進入管制。為了探討放寬管制後民航服務品質的變化情況,本文利用管制均衡模型的建立與推導,以飛行班次為服務水準的指標發現:綜合了需求效果、負載效果,以及座位效果的力量,可以使得民航產業的服務水準提升。
